Updated Mask Guidelines
Our top priority is the health and safety of our members and staff therefore we are following the social distancing protocols set forth by the Center for disease Control (CDC). We thank everyone for your continued patience and understanding.
In accordance with the latest CDC and State of Illinois guidelines we are updating our face mask requirements in all our offices effective Monday, June 28, 2021:
- Fully Vaccinated against COVID-19: you are welcome to enter our office without a mask if you feel comfortable doing so.
- Not Fully Vaccinated against COVID-19: please continue to wear a mask while visiting our offices.
Safety Tips to Remember
- We will continue to reinforce social distancing at all locations and request that only members conducting their banking transactions enter our branches. Please keep your party to two (2) people whenever possible. Restrooms will remain closed, and access to certain office areas will continue to be restricted.
- If you are experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms, please stay home and use our online, mobile, or phone services for your banking needs.
